Today is the second day of the 21 Days of Prayer challenge but wow. Doosy already. I kicked itr off with a migraine yesterday that wouldn't quit until 3:30 a.m. this morning. So was there prayer? Heck yes! :)
I also got some rest, and I don't eat during a migraine so that addresses the fasting part. All in all quite successful so far! Ha!
Seriously though, I encourage you to pray and consider undertaking a similar journey. Food fasting isn't for everyone (and I'm doing a modified one at that), but there are other kinds of equally appropriate fasts and prayer is definitely for everyone. If nothing else, it's a good time to buid good habits, but it will be so much more.
